President Obama Discusses International Trade During PERAB M

On April 16, 2010 President Obama gathered the President's Economic Recovery Advisory Board for a meeting to discuss the economic recovery. During this meeting, President Obama and Caterpillar Inc. Chairman and Chief Executive Office James Owen discussed increasing exports and free trade agreements.
