Missouri House Committee passes measure to secure international trade hub in Missouri
Taking a bold step to position Missouri as the new international trade center in America, Rep. Caleb Jones, a Republican from California, presented legislation to the House Economic Development Committee that would create incentives targeted toward promoting global, air-cargo exports in St. Louis. The bill -- House Bill 840 --was approved by the committee with a unanimous, 20-0 vote.
